Thanks for a great tutorial ! Works great, but I have 1 issue and I’d be really grateful for some advice. With the code from ‘navigation with a thumbnail’ the link href is a permalink, which means when the thumbnail is clicked it opens up the post window, instead of changing the slide. I have tried combining the code with the ‘navigation with a number button’ code, so have

have_posts()) : $featured_query->the_post();
$do_not_duplicate[] = get_the_ID();
$postcount++;
?>

but it does not work, any ideas on how to get the correct slide to change when the thumbnail is clicked. ?

Trying to do this with the BxSlider to no avail. Sigh. Very tough!
